Jerron is the creator of this webpage, and has been embarked on his fitness journey nearly half of his life! Jerron started doing
club swimming in 7th grade, and continued this into the 11th grade, where he was also competing in his high school swim team. Jerron
got a varsity letter for his hard work, and this was just the beginning of his fitness journey, as he learned to love lifting weights,
swimming recreationally, and rock climbing. Jerron loves learning about all the different exercises and techniqes that exist around fitness
and exercise, and is even considering becoming a personal trainer!
Jerron puts a great emphasis on his physical health, even in his busy schedule. He juggles a full-time job and full-time schooling at Macomb
Community College, and still squeezes in ~410 minutes of physical exercise a week! He swims in the mornings before work 3 times a week, rock
climbs at his local climbing gym twice a week, and lifts weights 3-6 times a week. Jerron loves motivating people to get started on their fitness
